The Detroit Bundle Group Presents "The Making of a Model Community in Detroit “ by One of the World's Greatest Land Planners

The City  of Detroit  was designed by the best planners and civil engineers of its day, yet Detroit’s foundation was based on knowledge and technology that existed over 100 years ago.  What Detroit currently needs is an innovative approach to its urban redevelopment.  If there’s any hope in regaining our city’s former glory, we must be aggressive in its redevelopment efforts. In order to achieve this success, Detroit must not only be competitive, but it must also offer significant advantages over its suburban competitors.

Herb Strather says the Detroit Bundle Group (DBG) offers a solution that will get our communities redevelopment plans on a progressive track.  The first step towards this solution is forging a collaboration between DBG and Rick Harrison Site Design Studio.

Rick Harrison was raised in Detroit and has since become an international world class land planner.  Mr. Harrison has been contracted by over 300 developers and designed over 800 developments in 46 states and 18 countries.  He has won hundreds of awards  and is now aligned with the Detroit Bundle Group to help re-create the "D".

DBG, along with partnerships with individuals like Rick Harrison is currently creating the necessary collaborations to see to it that Detroit takes back it's proper place in the world.

Please join us on Monday, November 24th, at 6:30pm as we listen to Rick Harrison and Herb Strather talk about their thoughts on building Detroit’s 21st Century model neighborhood.  This lecture will be located at The Tower Center  (15400 Grand River, Detroit, MI, 48227).

Food and refreshments will be served.
